Frank G. Murphy is an M&A structuring expert and CEO of the American Resort Coalition, Inc. (ARC) . He was previously Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions International Markets for Cendant's Travel Distribution, Hospitality and Real Estate segments, Mr.Murphy brings nearly 20 years of M&A and investment experience to Landmark.
Mr. Murphy was responsible for identifying companies with strategic fit and leading the negotiation and execution transactions. As such he acquired more than 30 companies for Cendant globally with a total enterprise value of over $2 Billion. Mr. Murphy also led the disposal of non- core companies raising approximately $500 million. At Home Mortgage Network, a leading US mortgage broker Mr.Murphy led the creation of a joint venture between a leading US bank and a real estate brokerage company culminating in the sale of the company to a leading US mortgage bank.
Previously Mr.Murphy also held positions at Prudential and was an auditor for Macmillan Publishing Company in NYC and Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Philadelphia PA.
Mr. Murphy received his bachelor's degree magna cum laude from St Joseph's University in Philadelphia PA
